Retour and return

An item doesn't fit or you no longer like it? Did you accidentally order the wrong item and now want to return it? No problem. Please note the following:

Important: These points do not apply to personalized products. There is no right of withdrawal for personalized products.

1. Exchange:

Send us a short email stating which item you would like to exchange. Please ensure that the item is of the same value.

2. Return costs:

We do not cover return shipping costs in the event of cancellation. Please ensure that your return is sufficiently stamped. Unfortunately, we cannot accept postage-paid shipments. These will be at your expense. automatically sent back to you.

- Unfortunately, we cannot refund lost shipments!

- As a parcel, you can track your shipment online using the tracking number. This way, you can see exactly if and when your return has arrived with us.

Important! Returned items must be in perfect and resalable condition.

The refund will usually be processed within a few days of receipt of the return, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation. Refunds will always be processed with the Payment method used when placing the order.
