Returns

An item doesn't fit or you no longer like it? You accidentally ordered the wrong item and now want to send it back? No problem. Please note the following points:

Important: These points do not apply to personalized products. No right of withdrawal for personalized products. 

 

1. Exchange:

Write us a short email stating which item you would like to exchange. Please note that this is a product with the same value.

2. Return costs:

We do not cover the return shipping costs in the event of cancellation. Please make sure that your return has sufficient postage. Unfortunately, we cannot accept freight forwarded shipments. These will be automatically sent back to you at your expense.

- Unfortunately we cannot refund lost shipments!

- As a package, you can track your shipment online using the tracking number. This way you can see exactly whether and when your return has arrived.

Important! The returned items must be in perfect and resalable condition.

The refund usually follows a few days after receipt of the return, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation. Refunds are always made using the payment method used when ordering.
