An item doesn't fit or you no longer like it? Did you accidentally order the wrong item and now want to return it? No problem. Please note the following:

1. Exchange:
Send us a short email stating which item you would like to exchange. Please ensure that the item is of the same value.
2. Return costs:
We do not cover return shipping costs in the event of cancellation. Please ensure that your return is sufficiently stamped. Unfortunately, we cannot accept postage-paid shipments. These will be at your expense. automatically sent back to you.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund lost shipments!
- As a parcel, you can track your shipment online using the tracking number. This way, you can see exactly if and when your return has arrived with us.
Important! Returned items must be in perfect and resalable condition.

Die Fußmatte ist superschön - nur leider etwas zu dünn, um wirklich als Fußmatte verwendet zu werden (deswegen nur 4 Sterne.)
Sie hängt dafür jetzt über unserer Tür. 😊
Passt gut. Wenn der Arm etwas feucht ist und man macht eine Wurfbewegung dann kann es passieren das es vom Arm wegfliegt. Angst habe ich auch das das Band eventuell nach längerem Tragen vielleicht reißt.
Aber sonst bin ich mit dem Armband voll zufrieden.
Einen Makel habe ich doch noch ihr schreibt in eurer Bestellung wäre ein kleines Jutesäckchen dabei, aber ich habe in meiner Lieferung nichts gefunden.

Bestellt habe ich das Hemd in Größe XXL!
Geliefert, nach drei Wochen, wurde das Hemd in Größe XL!
Es passt nicht.
Damit wurde der Vertrag mit einem Mangel behaftet.
Somit verlange ich eine Nachbesserung in Form der Lieferung des bestellten Artikels innerhalb einer Frist von 14 Tagen.
Die Kosten für die Rücksendung tragen Sie ebenfalls.
"Budda"(ohne 'H') hat sich sehr gefreut, dass er so passend getroffen wurde.
Wir haben 4XL gewählt, damit es bequem u. gut locker über dem athletischen Körper u. Wohlstands-bauch liegt u. sich geschmeidig anpasst.
